The search for purpose

I've had a wide array of education, from Conservatory to Harvard, to trade school - most of which doesn't matter very much. Because my true education has come from what I've learned in the School of Life: my patients, The Street, and my colleagues. They have taught me more than any university ever could.

They taught me about myself.

After 20 years working in Public Health, international humanitarian relief, the OR, the ER, and as an inner-city Fire Medic, I have witnessed all aspects (and depths) of the human experience. And with that experience comes a certain knowing...the ability to provide safety in chaos. I deeply connect with first responders from a place of lived experience, while holding civilian pain and trauma with sacred reverence.

I now work with a wide range of clients from executives, Broadway artists, sex workers, first responders, healers, farmers, and athletes. All my clients have one thing in common: a bias for action. I have channeled over 20 years of experience as a First Responder into a deeply trauma-informed approach in my life coaching and trauma recovery coaching, helping people rediscover who they are meant to be!

You’re not “doing it all wrong.”
